Here you can see your sudoku statistics and history including your best time and how you fare against the average for each difficulty level. Your Top % score is the percentile for your average time, so if your score is 10% it means you are in the top 10% of players for that level - the more games you play the more accurate your averages will be.
Outliers are discarded from your average times, so if you took several hours on one sudoku, but usually only take a few minutes, it won't be included in your averages. This also means as you get faster your slower times will start to be discarded and no longer count towards your average.
